We sit down with Sophie Luskin and Claire Sylvia to explore how federal and state governments are approaching AI regulation, what the proposed AI Whistleblower Protection Act could mean for those who raise concerns, and what retaliation protections exist for whistleblowers in this emerging space. We also discuss how AI is beginning to interact with the False Claims Act—both as a tool for detecting fraud and as a technology that may help whistleblowers bring new cases.
